Yes. Our Vitamin D Spray contains vitamin D sourced from algae, making it vegan friendly.
Can I use the vitamin D spray with other medications or supplements I'm currently using?
Vitamin D supplements generally have few known interactions with medications or other supplements. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend that you supplement with our complete Pregnancy Multivitamin instead, providing you with the same level of vitamin D, but also many other vitamins and minerals that are essential during pregnancy.
