Abi: Your Sports Nutritionist
Abi is your go-to guide for everything nutrition on your marathon journey. With a first-class degree in Sport, Exercise and Health Science from the University of Birmingham, a Master of Science in Nutrition with distinction, and a postgraduate diploma in Applied Sports Nutrition from St. Mary’s University, she combines deep expertise with a genuine passion for helping athletes thrive.
Abi is here to support you, answer your questions, and help you feel confident in every step of your nutrition during training and recovery. Think of her as your personal mentor, guiding you to reach your marathon goals safely, effectively, and with a little more joy along the way.
