This is more than just a generic guide. At Rhitrition, we recognise that women’s health has historically been underrepresented, leaving many women to navigate menopause without the clarity and support they deserve.
That’s exactly why we created this programme. Our all-female, multidisciplinary team has designed this 8-week method. From nutrition and lifestyle to understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, our goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and in control of your health.
In this short video, I’ll walk you through how the programme works, what’s included, and how we’ll support you throughout. I’d encourage you to watch it first, so you can begin your journey feeling prepared, supported, and inspired.
Meet your mentor
Cecilia will be by your side throughout the programme, supporting and guiding you at every stage of your menopause journey.
With a first-class degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter and a Master’s in Public Health and Clinical Nutrition (Distinction) from University College London, she brings a wealth of knowledge, combining academic excellence with extensive research and clinical experience.
But beyond her credentials, Cecilia is here for you. She’s not just a face behind the programme, she’s a trusted voice and a reassuring presence. Think of her as your personal mentor, offering thoughtful guidance, gentle encouragement, and expert insight to help you feel confident, supported, and truly understood throughout this transition.
