These terms and conditions govern the users use of this website and relationship with Rhitrition+. We kindly ask that you review this information, as by law they affect your rights and liability.
The agreement between us
After placing any order and payment has been successful, we will send an email confirmation to the address shared when ordering, stating that your order been received.
Once your order has been dispatched, a contract will be formed between you and us. Please note that we hold the right to cancel and refund an order at any time.
All orders placed on Rhitrition+ can only be done by adults, aged 18 years and older, who will be entered into legally binding contracts. Any other person is unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. All personal information shared must be accurate and true at the time of submission.
Price
The prices for the products are displayed on the website and the currency is in pound sterling (GBP). The prices stated are inclusive and you will be charged in GBP and orders are can only be made to users located in the United Kingdom. You will find the postage and packaging costs stated on checkout, which are set at a flat rate. Please note, we reserve the right to change all prices at any time without notice.
Delivery
We will dispatch any products ordered to the address given when purchasing the goods. It is the users responsibility to ensure that the delivery address given is accurate.
On receipt of any successful order, we will typically dispatch within 3 working days, with the delivery timeframe for all orders expected within 7 working days.
Cancellation rights
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at: info@rhitritionplus.com. Following this our team will respond with a confirmation of your cancellation request, providing it meets the requirements to the e-mail address provided with your order.
Once you have informed us of a cancelled order, any sum debited to us from your card will be re-funded to your account as soon as possible. We ask that all products you wish to return are unopened and presented in a sellable condition. If you do not return the goods delivered or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount refunded onto your card used for the purchase.
Liability
If the products we deliver are incorrect, due to being a different good, damaged or an incorrect quantity we shall endeavour to rectify the delivery as soon as possible. However, we have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email.
