Recommended use

Shake the bottle before use and when using for the first time, press down three times. To get your daily dose, press down for one single spray of Vitamin D3 into the inside of your cheek. As recommended by the UK Department of Health*. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Sunshine, not food, is where most of your vitamin D comes from. So even with a healthy, well balanced diet, that provides all the vitamins and goodness you need, you should consider supplementing with vitamin D.

*10 micrograms is recommended for at risk groups such as those over 65 years of age, pregnant/breastfeeding women and those who do not go outside often.
